Fall 2023 Online – Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Mindfulness training includes eight sessions on Wednesday evening Sep 27 to Nov 15, 2023 / 6pm – 8:30pm and an all-day retreat Nov 4 / 9pm – 3pm. The MBSR class will be held via Zoom. The class features a sliding scale registration fee and the opportunity to self-select a rate. J.D. Walther provides consulting services to corporate, non-profit, and individual

For example, J.D. will personally guide an individual through the Mindfulness Based Living Course (MBLC), a comprehensive mindfulness course from United Kingdom.  This MBLC personal training will typically include a minimum of eight one-hour meetings set by flexible appointments. The personalized course can be online via Zoom or in person in Houston, Texas.

a written scope of work, timing and proposed fees.
