OnlineMindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

The MBSR Mindfulness training includes nine sessions on Thursdays
from 6p-8p US cst- May 18 to July 13, 2023 (there will be a one-week break June 8 – after the 4th session), and an all-day retreat June 24. The MBSR class will be held via Zoom. The class features a sliding scale registration fee and the opportunity to self-select a rate. No-fee enrollment is available.  You can learn more about MBSR here.

Corporate Projects and Individual Guidance –

J.D. Walther provides consulting services to corporate, non-profit, and individual

For example, J.D. will personally guide an individual through the Mindfulness Based Living Course (MBLC), a comprehensive mindfulness course from United Kingdom.  This MBLC personal training will typically include a minimum of eight one-hour meetings set by flexible appointments. The personalized course can be online via Zoom or in person in Houston, Texas.

a written scope of work, timing and proposed fees.
