Meditation Timer Apps

The UCLA Mindful App has a simple timer that works very well.

JD has used the IOS App called i-Qi clock & meditation timer for years. It is easy to use, has multiple bell sounds and you can customize the timer.

Other resources website

This is Dr. Kristin Neff comprehensive website presenting her work about Self-Compassion.  JD is a big fan of her work (and the work of her Self-Compassion partner Chris Germer).  Self-Compassion is incredibly important in Mindfulness practice. This site is a rich data source where she freely publishes her thoughts and research.
