Other resources
This is Dr. Kristin Neff comprehensive website presenting her work about Self-Compassion. JD is a big fan of her work (and the work of her Self-Compassion partner Chris Germer). Self-Compassion is incredibly important in Mindfulness practice. This site is a rich data source where she freely publishes her thoughts and research.
